This class is for you if you want to start your week READY. To bust your case of the Mondays, or simply find more INTENTION for your week rather than reacting to it. To remember that there’s more to life than getting things done, and that how you experience LIFE matters.
This session is designed for all levels – from the absolute beginner to the advanced practitioner. In addition to movement designed to help you connect with and energize your mind and body, you’ll be guided through a reflection practice to gain clarity on WHAT is most important as well as HOW you want to be as you move through your week.
What you’ll need: a yoga mat (or comfortable piece of floor), a journal or piece of paper and something to write with, and some water. To support you as we move and reflect, it may be handy to have a pillow and blanket available.
