The intention of this class is to allow you to return to your work day refreshed and relaxed. The class will offer mostly chair and some standing postures, as well as guided meditation and mindful breathing. A variety of adaptations will be offered throughout the class to meet any body's needs safely. Open to all levels of practitioner who are craving mindful movement and soul nourishment.
