Customer service Excellent. what are the elements wich make customer service excellent (problem solving, learn messages, get back to the customer +the communication is very important , inderstood ,customer needs, feel valued , put things right when things go wrong -consistency-it is our job to be professional ,should be positive , present, always ready to manage , regular contact-newletter -Email-post text). what makes customers buy?price , quality,service , reputation, offering something different + matching their values. value for money:body language -eye contact-holding the space-effective communication -tone of voice ,easily understood , active listening ,key questions . trust and integrity:how to you generate trust between your staff and your customers or clients,do what you say, make the expreience positive . bad customer experience described staff as:rude -headstrong-unhelpful-unprofessional... good retail exprience ;helpful,tactful, honest, responsive, friendly.... creating a shared vision:create a draft customer charter, that ervery phone call, email text,letter or face to face,interaction counts toward that success...
